Wine Gastronomy Masterclass is Singapore’s first exclusive gastronomic experience for 40 guests to explore the future of wine pairing and the celebration of new wine trends. Our two guest speakers at Goodwood Park Hotel were Serge Leveque from Tedeschi Wines and Christine Kernohan from Gladstone Vineyard, where participants were introduced to wine viticulture and vinification, innovative way of tasting and analysing wine with food, market information, latest wine trends and practices.
