Magnum Announcement in line of Circuit Breaker Measure 2020

We hope that you and your loved ones are well.

It is a challenging time for our community and Singapore. Let us take this opportunity to share with you what Magnum has done, and what we will continue to do to support our customers, business partners and staff. At Magnum, our top priority is keeping our employees, customers and business partners safe whilst doing whatever is reasonable to keep the business running. We have taken necessary steps to ensure all these will have as little disruptions to you as possible.

As things are changing rapidly, and in line with the recent announcement on 3rd April 2020, some of these measures will have to be enhanced, for the safety of everyone. Magnum will remain open and running during this period of time; we have put in the best possible hygiene practice in our office and facilities; and we will continue to practice all these measures to reduce unnecessary human contact as per the government instruction. Thereafter, we will also continue to observe the situation closely during this period; in accordance with Government advisories.

Our prayers are with all who have been impacted by this outbreak; our salute to every frontline healthcare heroes. As for you and loved ones, please stay home and be safe.

Deliveries

For regular orders, procedure will be as per normal. Our staff are equipped to work from home and office, so we are still able to attend to all your query. Urgent orders will still be fulfilled. Our warehouse and logistic teams are in placed to manage it (we have a dedicated task force based in the head office to assist), to ensure that urgent orders are able to be fulfilled in a timely manner.

Should you need to postpone your delivery, arrange for a return or any account enquiry; please feel free to call our sale team or office hotline (+65 6488 1270), and we will make the necessary arrangement as soon as possible.

Should there be any delay of service and goods delivery during this trying period; please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may cause, and it is our hope that we can resume our usual operations as soon as possible.
